Proof of Residency

If you received a call or email about incomplete residency, it is probably because something wasn’t uploaded correctly.  Any proof of residency with a bill has to be dated May 20th or later.  Please resubmit in the portal or come by the office between 8:00-3:30.  If verification is incomplete, students will NOT show on the class assignments that will be posted on Tuesday @4:00 (3:00 for TK/Kinder).

First Day of School is: July 20, 2022 @ 8:15 for ALL students.  First day is a minimum day with Kinder and TK releasing at 10:00, grades 1-6 release at 1:15. Bring your teacher a flower!

Students will line up outside of their class on the first day of school.

Safety

Schools are a safe place but we need your help.  I know pickup and drop off can be frustrating times but remember we are moving 950 students every day and need to make sure they are safe!  Little eyes are always watching you, so make sure you are following the safety protocols and using the crosswalk at all times.  If you plan to walk your child onto the campus, you must park in an assigned spaces.  Please do not park in the pickup/drop off zone in front of the school.

  • Use crosswalk at all times
  • Do not park in the pickup/drop off zone
  • Do not park or drop off in the bus zone.  This area is only for busses.
  • Back gate will close at 8:15.  We will not hold it open.
  • Student cells phones must be turned off and put away upon entrance through the gates.  Adults are around and every class has a phone.
  • We will have a Monday Morning Assembly every Monday (or first day of the week) instead of the Friday morning assembly.
  • Everyone must have a picture ID to pick up a child from school.  If a family member or friend will be picking up your child, they need to be on the contact sheet and bring an ID.

COVID test pick up

In anticipation of the start of the school year on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, our site has received COVID-19 testing kits for students. We will be distributing the kits to families on July 19 from 4:00-6:00. We are strongly encouraging parents to test your student on Tuesday or Wednesday morning prior to students returning to campus. If students test positive, please make sure you keep them home to avoid exposure to other students and staff. Testing is NOT required, but highly encouraged.
