Starting this week Kindergarten students line up on blacktop in the mornings.  Teachers will meet the class on the blacktop and take the class to the kinder classrooms.  Parents/guardians will no longer be allowed to go past the kinder gate into the kinder courtyard.  You may wait with your child however, until the teacher picks up the class.

Thursday, August 12 at 2:30 pm Smoothie Thursdays are Back!  Smoothies will be on sale at the front of the school each Thursday weather permitting.

DONATION NEEDED for cases of water for our classrooms.  If you are able to donate a case of water please drop it off at the school office between 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.  Thank you!

LOST AND FOUND – Please note that the lost and found cart will be at the front of the school each morning before the 8:15 am bell and at the end of the day until 4:00 pm.  Remember to use a permanent marker to put your child’s name on jackets, sweaters, lunch bags, and water bottles.
VOLUNTEERS – There will be a Volunteer In-service on Tuesday, September 7 at 6:00 pm in the school auditorium.  Volunteering at Camarena is very much appreciated but in order to make sure that all conditions are safe we will begin allowing volunteers on the campus beginning in the 2nd Quarter (October 5).  All volunteers on campus prior to starting on campus must do the following:  Have current TB test results, COVID19 Vaccination Card, and Fingerprints (Complete LIVESCAN Form provided by school office).  All documents or copies must be turned in to the school office and volunteers will be notified once they are cleared to work on campus.

YMCA and DASH students who are identified as close contacts meaning that they were close to someone who tested positive will not be able to attend these after school programs, will have to quarantine for 10 days and then will be required to wear a mask for the next 4 days (total of 14 days).
