Welcome Back (Almost)

Just a few reminders as you enjoy your last days of summer break.

  • The school office is open from 8:00-4:00 Monday-Friday.
  • A detailed school blog/update will be emailed out this Sunday at 4:00 with all the needed information for the first week of school.
  • The first day of School is July 19, 2023 (Minimum Day)
  • School Instructional hours:
    • Monday- Thursday Grades 1-6; 8:15-2:45
    • Monday- Thursday Grades TK-K; 8:15-2:40
    • Friday and Minimum Days Grades 1-6; 8:15-1:15
    • Friday and Minimum Days Grades TK-K; 8:15-1:10
  • For safety, TK and Kinder will be dismissed 5 minutes before the rest of the school.
  • Teacher assignments and room numbers will NOT be posted outside of the school.  All families that have completed registration through Home Access Center will receive an email around 4:00 on Tuesday, July 18, 2023.  Once you log into your HAC, you will be able to see your child’s teacher and room number.  More information on how to step-by-step access will be shared in the Sunday news.
  • All students will report directly to class on Wednesday, July 19, 2023.  School starts at 8:15. (TK/Kinder @8:30)
  • Students do not have school supply list.  Our campus provides the basic school supplies needed.  Teachers will share a “wish list” or “donation board” during the first weeks of school.
  • Back to School Night/Orientation grades 1- 6 will be from 5:00-7:00 on July 27, 2023.

Special Dates for Kindergarten Families

July 18, 2023 @4:00 Kindergarten Orientation in teacher classrooms

July 18, 2023 @3:00 TK Orientation in the Library

July 19, 2023 Kindergarten/TK students attend school from 8:30-10:00.  Parents will attend class with their child from 8:30-9:15 then meet with school leadership and PTA from 9:15-10:00.  Students are dismissed to parents at 10:00.

July 20, 2023 Kinder/TK students are dismissed at 1:10 (There will not be any bus transportation.)

July 21, 2023 Kinder/TK students are dismissed at 1:10 (There will be transportation since it’s a district early release day.)

July 24-27 2023, Kinder/TK students are dismissed at 1:10 (There will not be any bus transportation.)

July 28, 2023 July 21, 2023 Kinder/TK students are dismissed at 1:10 (There will be transportation since it’s a district early release day.)
