Friday, November 2 9:00 am ELAC will have a special presentation how to support your child so he/she can be Reclassified from an English learner to English Proficient. Also, find out what happens after your child is Reclassified as English Proficient.
Saturday, November 3 8:00 am – 1:00 pm at Otay Ranch High School is the District CABE (California Association of Bilingual Educators) mini-conference.
Federal Survey Cards will be coming home on Monday, November 5 and we need everyone to please take time and complete these cards and return to the school no later than Monday, November 12. Our school funding depends on this information!
To help those in need in our community we have the following campaigns coming up. First, we will be collected Canned Food the week of November 5-9. We will be collecting Toys (new) November 12-16. Selected families will receive a food box, grocery gift card, and a toy for each child in the family. Volunteers are needed at the CVESD Warehouse to help with sorting and packing. Please email christina.ross@cvesd if you are able to help during the week of December 1 – 6.
